Home Loan Payout policy
Terms & conditions for releasing the payout for Home Loan leads:
1. Payout will be released after successful disbursement of given lead only.
2. Payout/gift will be provided/given to only that lead provider/partner/associate who has submitted the lead on our portal for the very first time. It means if someone else will submit the same lead after submitting it from your side then only your lead be considered as unique lead and payout/gifts will be granted/released to first lead provider/partner/associate. Uniqueness of lead will stay for 6 months after submitting the lead. after 6 months any other lead provider/partner/associate will be able to register it again. But, if you have submitted & verified the lead and same referred customer has availed the loan from us within 6 months then you will be entitled for the payout. It also means that multiple payouts cann’t be granted to two or more persons for same lead.
3. BANK PAY U is not offering any payout or gifts for home loan for village or red line properties.
4. Payouts & gifts are available only for 30.00 lacs & above Home Loan proposals.
5. Payout will be released within 45 days after disbursement of loan.
6. Payout will be released on the basis of disbursed amount only. e.g. if you have given lead for construction loan of 1.00 Cr. but, client has taken disbursement of 20.00 lacs in first tranche then payout will be released against <50.00 lacs slab instead of 1.00 cr. slab. you will be getting the payouts whenever client will take partial disbursements. This example has been set only for construction/renovation/home extension loan. We will release the payouts in one short for those cases who are going to take the disbursement in one tranche only.
7. Payout will be released on disbursed amount instead of sanctioned amount. e.g. if client has got sanction of 1.00 Cr. Either he/she has availed the disbursement of 70.00 lacs or Bank has granted 70.00 instead of 1.00 cr then payout will be offered as per lower slabs instead of 1.00 cr slab.
8. In case where client is taking Home loan from us for purchasing property from builder and builder is taking payments in construction linked structure then payouts will be released as per disbursed amount slab only(same as point no. 6).
9. Payout can be delayed in those proposals where bank has demanded for permission to mortgage after registry of property. Payout will be released after getting the permission to mortgage from authority/builder or tehsil office(whichever is applicable as per property locations) in favour of Bank. Same thing can happen where bank has made disbursement but, client has not executed registry due to unforeseen reasons and due to which Bank is unable to release the Disbursed DD to property owner. As soon as registry will be done & there will be no pendencies due as per sanction letter, payout will be released within 45 days from the day of executing registry or getting the Permission to mortgage.
10. Payout will not be granted for below mentioned condition :
* Those proposals where prospect (your given lead) is having current relationship (such as saving/current A/C or existing loan account) of the same bank where he/she is the existing client & also wants the new loan from the same bank. For Example: he/she is having savings A/C in Canara Bank & he/she wants to get the home loan from Canara Bank using our DSA Code then you will not be eligible for the payouts/gift vouchers or any commissions. For such proposals we will pitch some other Banks to your provided leads as Banks do not pass on the payout to us for their existing clients.
Home Loan takeover payout policy
Terms & conditions for releasing the payout for Home Loan Takeover leads:
1. Payout will be released after successful disbursement of given lead only.
2. Payout/gift will be provided/given to only that lead provider/partner/associate who has submitted the lead on our portal for the very first time. It means if someone else will submit the same lead after submitting it from your side then only your lead be considered as unique lead and payout/gifts will be granted/released to first lead provider/partner/associate. Uniqueness of lead will stay for 6 months after submitting the lead. after 6 months any other lead provider/partner/associate will be able to register it again. But, if you have submitted & verified the lead and same referred customer has availed the loan from us within 6 months then you will be entitled for the payout. It also means that multiple payouts cann’t be granted to two or more persons for same lead.
3. BANK PAY U is not offering payouts for Home Loan Takeover/Balance transfer Loans on village or red line properties.
4. Payouts & gifts will be given only for loan amount 30.00 lacs & above proposals.
5. Payout will be released within 45 days after disbursement of loan.
6. Payout will be released on the basis of disbursed amount only. e.g. if you have given lead for takeover of Housing Loan of 1.00 Cr. but, client has taken disbursement of 70.00 lacs & rest of the amount has been prepaid to existing Bank i.e. 30 Lacs then payout will be released against 70.00 lacs instead of 1.00 cr.
7. Payout can be delayed in those proposals where bank has demanded for permission to mortgage after takeover of Loan. Payout will be released after getting the permission to mortgage from authority/builder or tehsil office(whichever is applicable as per property locations) in favour of Bank.
8. Payout will not be granted for below mentioned condition :
* Those proposals where prospect (your given lead) is having current relationship (such as saving/current A/C or existing loan account) of the same bank where he/she is the existing client & also wants the new loan from the same bank. For Example: he/she is having savings A/C in Canara Bank & he/she wants to get the home loan balance transfer from Canara Bank using our DSA Code then you will not be eligible for the payouts/gift vouchers or any commissions. For such proposals we will pitch some other Banks to your provided leads as Banks do not pass on the payout to us for their existing clients.
Loan Against Property payout policy
Terms & conditions for releasing the payout for LAP leads:
1. Payout will be released after successful disbursement of given lead only.
2. Payout/gift will be provided/given to only that lead provider/partner/associate who has submitted the lead on our portal for the very first time. It means if someone else will submit the same lead after submitting it from your side then only your lead be considered as unique lead and payout/gifts will be granted/released to first lead provider/partner/associate. Uniqueness of lead will stay for 6 months after submitting the lead. after 6 months any other lead provider/partner/associate will be able to register it again. But, if you have submitted & verified the lead and same referred customer has availed the loan from us within 6 months then you will be entitled for the payout. It also means that multiple payouts cann’t be granted to two or more persons for same lead.

Personal Loan payout policy
Terms & conditions for releasing the payout for Personal Loan leads:
1. Payout will be released after successful disbursement of given lead only.
2. Payout/gift will be provided/given to only that lead provider/partner/associate who has submitted the lead on our portal for the very first time. It means if someone else will submit the same lead after submitting it from your side then only your lead be considered as unique lead and payout/gifts will be granted/released to first lead provider/partner/associate. Uniqueness of lead will stay for 6 months after submitting the lead. after 6 months any other lead provider/partner/associate will be able to register it again. But, if you have submitted & verified the lead and same referred customer has availed the loan from us within 6 months then you will be entitled for the payout. It also means that multiple payouts cann’t be granted to two or more persons for same lead.
3. Payouts & gifts are available only for 3.00 lacs & above Personal Loan leads.
4. Payout will be released within 45 days after disbursement of loan.
5. Payout will be released on the basis of disbursed amount only. e.g. if you have given lead for 20.00 lacs but, client has taken disbursement of 10.00 lacs then payout will be released against 10.00 lacs instead of 20.00 lacs. similarly if client has applied for Loan of Rs. 20.00 lacs but, Bank has sanctioned him only Rs. 10.00 lacs then our associate/partner will be getting the payouts as per disbursed amount only.
Business Loan payout policy
Terms & conditions for releasing the payout for Business Loan leads:
1. Payout will be released after successful disbursement of given lead only.
2. Payout/gift will be provided/given to only that lead provider/partner/associate who has submitted the lead on our portal for the very first time. It means if someone else will submit the same lead after submitting it from your side then only your lead be considered as unique lead and payout/gifts will be granted/released to first lead provider/partner/associate. Uniqueness of lead will stay for 6 months after submitting the lead. after 6 months any other lead provider/partner/associate will be able to register it again. But, if you have submitted & verified the lead and same referred customer has availed the loan from us within 6 months then you will be entitled for the payout. It also means that multiple payouts cann’t be granted to two or more persons for same lead.
3. Payouts & gifts are available only for 3.00 lacs & above Business Loan leads.
4. Payout will be released within 45 days after disbursement of loan.
5. Payout will be released on the basis of disbursed amount only. e.g. if you have given lead for 20.00 Lacs but, client has taken disbursement of 10.00 lacs then payout will be released against 10.00 lacs instead of 20.00 Lacs. similarly if client has applied for Loan of Rs. 20.00 lacs but, Bank has sanctioned him Rs. 10.00 lacs then our associate/partner will be getting the payouts as per disbursed amount slab only.
S.C.O./ SHOP/Commercial/Industrial property purchase loan payout policy
Terms & conditions for releasing the payout for S.C.O/SHOP purchase loan leads:
1. Payout will be released after successful disbursement of given lead only.
2. Payout/gift will be provided/given to only that lead provider/partner/associate who has submitted the lead on our portal for the very first time. It means if someone else will submit the same lead after submitting it from your side then only your lead be considered as unique lead and payout/gifts will be granted/released to first lead provider/partner/associate. Uniqueness of lead will stay for 6 months after submitting the lead. after 6 months any other lead provider/partner/associate will be able to register it again. But, if you have submitted & verified the lead and same referred customer has availed the loan from us within 6 months then you will be entitled for the payout. It also means that multiple payouts cann’t be granted to two or more persons for same lead.
3. BANK PAY U is not offering any payout or gifts for loans for S.C.O/SHOP/COMMERCIAL properties which are situated in village or red line properties. Hence, if you are purchasing such properties and want to avail the loan we can provide it without giving any payouts or gifts etc.
4. Payouts & gifts are available only for 30.00 lacs & above Loan proposals.
5. Payout will be released within 45 days after disbursement of loan.
6. Payout will be released on the basis of disbursed amount only. e.g. if you have given lead for commercial property purchase loan of 1.00 Cr. but, client has taken disbursement of 50.00 lacs then payout will be released against 50.00 lacs instead of 1.00 cr.
7. Payout will be released on disbursed amount instead of applied amount. e.g. if client has got applied for Rs. 1.00 Cr. but, Bank has given sanction of 80.00 lacs then payout slab will work for 80.00 lacs only.
